Grammy Award-winning producer, rapper and DJ Kaytranada is set to release his third studio album titled Timeless tomorrow (June 7).
The 17-track dance album offers a lineup of featured artists, including Childish Gambino, Tinashe, Anderson .Paak, PinkPantheress and frequent Kendrick Lamar collaborator Thundercat. The album will also feature a new version of the Rochelle Jordan collaboration Lover/Friend as well as Stuntin featuring Channel Tres, both originally released last November.
This is Kaytranada’s first solo album since his 2019 release Bubba, which earned two Grammy awards in 2021 including best dance/electronic album.
However, his most recent project was released last year - Kaytraminé, his joint album with American rapper Aminé. The artist has released several collaborative albums with different artists throughout his career.
Born Louis Kevin Celestin, the Haitian-Canadian producer embarked on his career in 2010.
His early projects were released under the name Kaytradamus, before he changed his stage name to Kaytranada in 2012.
The DJ became an overnight success for his remix of the Janet Jackson song If released on the music platform Soundcloud in 2013. He released his debut album 99.9% in 2016, which was met with critical acclaim as it received near-perfect scores by several music outlets.
