Byblos will celebrate its first anniversary with new culinary experiences designed to delight your palate. Savour a thoughtfully curated menu of authentic flavours, featuring a BBQ spread with lamb chops, seabass, sheesh tawook and more, on January 16 and February 6 and 27, from 6pm to midnight. It costs BD32 per person, inclusive of soft beverages.
The restaurant will also host Saj Night, which features the enticing aromas and flavours of minced meat, kashkaval and muhammara, each crafted on a traditional saj for an authentic taste of Lebanon. It’s available every Wednesday between January 8 and February 26, from 6pm until midnight. It’s priced from BD8 to BD12.
Embrace the winter spirit with family and friends at Bahrain Bay Kitchen’s Chalet Brunch tomorrow, from 1pm to 4pm. Savour fondue, crafted from artisanal cheeses such as Gruyère, French Comté and Italian Fontina. Body Text: Fresh seafood with melted butter and dipping sauces is also available. It costs BD35, inclusive of soft beverages and BD48 inclusive of a selected beverage package.
Discover bold flavours at Bay View Lounge’s Wrap Fiesta. From the spiced Adana Lamb Dürüm to the satisfying Vegetarian Burrito, each wrap offers a unique twist. Indulge in the crispy Fried Chicken Wrap or the refreshing Lobster Thai Roll for a touch of indulgence, from January 12 to February 18, noon until 11.30pm. Lobster Thai roll is priced at BD14 while Adana Lamb Dürüm or fried chicken wrap costs BD12, and vegetarian burrito BD10.
Meanwhile, guests can indulge in a royal tea experience at Bay View Lounge. Specially crafted by executive pastry chef Imad Boukly, the event offers guests an array of sweet and savoury treats served with hot beverages. Its available from January 12, noon to 9pm. It costs BD22 for regular afternoon tea or and BD26 for royal afternoon tea.
Executive chef Brian Becher and his team will also showcase Cantonese-inspired cuisine with fresh, seasonal ingredients, at re/Asian Cuisine on January 29, from 7pm, at BD59net per person.
