Keeping up etiquette in aeroplanes

Aeroplane etiquette exists. I believe I am not completely insane for thinking such a thing. Am I? Etiquette such as: not spreading your legs out into the aisle when people are trying to walk past or not jumping the queue to use the bathroom and not putting your chair all the way back when there is somebody behind you.
