I read with great interest your front page article on the proposal to clad Seef Mall with LEDs in keeping with other iconic buildings in Bahrain (April 6-12 issue). This, it was argued, was an environmentally-friendly way of making the building more attractive to customers and visitors to Bahrain, thereby one assumes increasing footfall at the location.
