The Albareh Art Gallery in Adliya will showcase paintings of Jordanian artist/poet Mohammed Al Ameri from November 5-20. The exhibition titled - Visual Navigation will display paintings with highlights on earth, sky, love, life and color.
¥ Monsters, vampires, werewolves, ghosts, ghouls and a few Awali mummies too, leave their graves, coffins, tombs and kitchens to scare children at the annual Halloween party at the Awali Football Club (AFC). Junior Halloweeners will receive scary bags with a treasure trove of spooky goodies, while prizes can be won at a variety of the ghoulish games in the graveyard.
With sunshine, smiling faces and relatively low crime here in Bahrain, there isn't much I miss about the UK but if I had to pick a few things they would be family and friends back home, lazy Sunday afternoons in a beer garden and all-day music festivals.
