The Bahrain International Karting Circuit in Sakhir will be open from 11am to 2am throughout the Eid Al Fitr holidays. Drivers aged seven and above can purchase 15 minutes of track time for BD10.
The fourth Nescafé Show ‘Em What U Got talent competition is inviting entries for a pre-screening on September 8, 9, 15 and 16 at the Pars International Hotel, Juffair, on September 22 at Alliance Francaise de Bahrein, Isa Town and on September 29 and 30 at Barcode Restaurant in Manama between 5pm and 8pm. Official auditions will be held on October 6, 7, 13, 14, 20 and 21 at Virgin Megastore, Bahrain City Centre, at the same times followed by two elimination rounds on October 27 and 28 at the Cultural Hall, next to Bahrain National Museum. Semi-finals will be held on November 4 also at the Cultural Hall, followed by the grand finale on November 11 at the same venue from 8.30pm. The winner will be awarded $5,000 (BD1,885) alongside a chance to record tracks that will be produced by Top Tune Audio Services.
