During our initial five golf lessons, Stan and I covered a number of golfing areas including driving, iron play, chipping, putting and bunkers.
The Studio RCT Golf Day was held at Awali Golf Club last Friday. The competition was played in the stableford format with both morning and afternoon competitors enjoying perfect playing conditions.
Hamad Fares was crowned the overall champion with a fantastic score of 43 points. He was closely followed by Essa Al Qutami who finished runner-up with 41 points, Jeffrey Barrett finished in third place with 40 points, and Awali Golf Club’s Vice Captain Steve Newall finished in fourth place.
