DUBAI: IF you think your baby’s crawling or toddler’s tricycle exploits are medal-worthy, then enter your little one for the DSS Kids Olympic Games.
The fourth edition of the Kids Olympic Games will take place from August 20-26 from 5pm to 9pm at the China Court, Ibn Battuta Mall. Registrations are now open at DSS Office, on-line and Ibn Battuta Mall.
The event aims to involve children under the age of 10 in Dubai Summer Surprises activities. It gives them a chance to show and exploit their skills in a series of spirited challenges. Its also a good opportunity for children to experience co-operative play and a fun way to learn about differences in abilities and skills.
This is the fourth time this event is being organised as part of DSS. This year’s event however has been designed to be different for children and their parents because of additional new “sports” such as baby crawling and toddler walking.
