Pupils at Al Ruwad School, Hamala, celebrated Green Day by wearing green clothes and taking part in a variety of activities, including cooking and colouring in green.
The elementary section took on a leadership role and guided kindergarten pupils through different learning stations, such as making potato prints of leaves and trees, as well as creating a “hand-print tree”. Experts from Al-Reefy Optician and Lazek Clinic also separately organised a full eye check for all of the students. The students were also given tips on taking care of their eyes by Dr Moemen Al Reefy.
