Food
(daily intake)
Breakfast: 300 grams of steak, six boiled egg whites, 100 gms of oats, one bananna and half a litre of water.

Lunch: Three grilled chicken breasts, 150 gms of steamed rice, green salad and orange juice.
Dinner: Three fish fillets, grilled vegetables and half a litre of water.
2-3 protein shakes throughout the day.
Training
One hour morning training session: Cardiovascular training and abs training (to be completed on an empty stomach).
One-and-a-half hour afternoon training session: Muscle group exercises, chest, back, legs, back, biceps and triceps training.
