More than 60 works of art by late Bahraini painter Abbas Al Mahroos went on display yesterday in a posthumous show at the Arts Centre.
Her Highness Shaikha Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, wife of His Majesty King Hamad and chairman of the Supreme Council for Women, patronised the opening ceremony and toured the show. The works feature different facets of a Bahraini woman’s history and achievements, hailing her diverse roles.
