The American Women’s Association donated BD397.400 to the children’s ward at Psychiatric Hospital, Salmaniya.
The cheque was presented by president Mona Omar, centre, to hospital chairwoman Dr Huda Marhoon. The association also donated BD560 to he Sneha Recreation Centre, run by the Indian Ladies Association (ILA). The money will be used to purchase two air-conditioners for the centre.
