Quality of tea is an important factor and China, Srilanka and India produce the world’s best teas.
Put some tea leaves in a pot. Tea leaves or ‘loose tea’ as we call it, is better for flavour.
The amount of tea leaves depends on how strong you want the tea. Pour boiling water, around half a pot, and let it brew for three to five minutes.
A good quality tea can be reused approximately 10 times by refilling the teapot with boiling water, always keeping it to half a pot. Milk and sugar can be added according to taste.
