In line with its vision of building an exceptional workforce, the Elite Group has come up with a very novel way of recognising its most valued employees.
“The Best of the Best Club is our own, very special way of saluting the capabilities of employees who have the talent and values to grow and become exceptional leaders,” said Ninad Shah, executive director of the group.
“Our staff is our USP. They are the ones who drive our organisation to newer and higher frontiers,” said Sarosh Aibara, the general manager.
Thirty-three star performers over the last year were inducted into the club. Members of this Elite Club will have regular interactions with senior management giving views and inputs on various operational matters. Innovative ideas, customer delight suggestions and cost control ideas will be regularly shared between the club members and senior management. The club members in turn will be allowed special privileges ranging from monetary incentives and growth within the organisation – to being the “torch bearers” of the Elite hospitality.
