Orchid Developers, one of the first companies in Bahrain to offer freehold commercial and residential properties, has successfully sold all of the 57 apartments in its Mal Suites 14-storey development in Juffair.
The Orchid Tower, a 17-storey building with 64 flats in Juffair, is already 80 per cent sold.
The Orchid Business Centre, the only freehold office space available in the prestigious business district of Seef, is also 90 per cent sold.

New projects include Juffair Loft 1 and Juffair Loft 2. The 27-storey buildings will be completed in 2009. Juffair Loft 1 will have 60 units and Juffair Loft 2 will offer 64.
