Construction work on $27 million Dragon Project is going on according to schedule.
Alsaraya Property sales and marketing manager Hussain Hubail said 60 per cent of the project has been completed.
“This project is part of Al Amwaj Islands and it is located near Al Marsa Floating City,” he said.
“Dragon consists of 51 residential units, 20 villas and 31 flats which are facing the sea.”
The construction works on the project which is designed on the shape of dragon is being carried out by Sky Line company.
The villas consist of four bedrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens, maid and driver quarters, a swimming pool and a number of Jacuzzis.
“There are two and three bedroom apartments in the project in addition to a fully equipped health club, a swimming pool and a sandy beach.
“We expect to finish the project by December next year and by far it is one of our best and most beautiful projects,” said Mr Hubail.
