IFA Hotels & Resorts (IFA HR) officially 'broke ground' on its Balqis Residence project in the Kingdom of Sheba resort, located on the Crescent of the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.
Gracing the Crescent on 141,500 sq m of prime land, the Kingdom of Sheba is IFA HR's largest project on the island and is certain to become a significant landmark.
A global leader in the development of premier integrated and mixed-use hotel and tourism resort projects, IFA HR is present throughout Europe, the Middle East, the Far East, Africa, the Indian Ocean Region and the US.
Pictured at the ceremony are, from left, IFA HR deputy VP Kingdom of Sheba Paul Dryden, IFA HR senior VP design & development George Khoury, Nakheel CEO Chris O'Donnell and IFA HR President & COO Werner Burger.
