Salmon fillet with orange basil sauce

Ingredients:180 gm fresh salmon fillet

1/4 c. fresh orange juice

1 tsp fresh basil

1 tsp snipped mint or tarragon

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp water

1 tsp Worcestershire

2 cloves garlic, minced

4 small zucchini yellow, cut lengthwise

4 sm. zucchini green

Some broccoli and mushroom

For sauce, in a bowl, combine concentrate, basil, mint, or tarragon, oil, water, Worcestershire and garlic.

Rinse salmon, brush with sauce. Put in pan with a little oil on bottom. Put on grill; cook at medium for 4-6 minutes or until it flakes. Put all vegetable on grill, skin side down, cook 5-6 minutes. Serve mashed potato and garnish with lemon.
