Riffa Views honoured PCC - Terna with the quarterly "Contractor Overall Performance Award" in recognition for the completion of the first villa handed over from a contractor to Riffa Views.
Steve Russell-Rayner, Riffa Views project director, said: "PCC - Terna was recognised for their dedication to the project throughout the difficult conditions experienced with the material shortages and poor weather conditions.
"They have proven their full commitment to our project and to delivering homes on schedule and to the very high quality levels that we expect. This culminated in their delivery today of the first villa in the Riffa Views project."
Reaching another integral milestone for Riffa Views showcases that the project is continuing with full force to its targeted completion in mid-2009, a spokesman added.
Dimitrius Ramos, PCC - Terna, project manager was presented with the award by Mr Russell-Rayner. Mr Ramos said: "We are proud to receive this honour and we believe we are on target to achieve the overall objective of Riffa Views."
The Contractor Award is presented quarterly and is based on positive evaluation of performance, consistency in providing high level of professionalism and a strong drive to meet the development's deadlines.
