Sweet Homes, a leading UAE-based developer, has launched seven commercial and residential towers collectively valued at AED1.3 billion.
The developer's latest projects will be constructed within 'Ajman Uptown', an AED2.5 billion community development, which will accommodate the first freehold residential villas in Ajman.
In addition to seven buildings, the township is also set to offer 1,504 villas and townhouses spread over four million sq ft.
With aims of providing investors with a wide array of residential units to invest in, Sweet Homes will be constructing five mixed-use luxury towers, including 'Heliconia' which will boast of a total of 352 studio, one and two-bedroom flats and 30 prime retail spaces on the ground floor; 'Iris' with 188 flats and 15 commercial spaces; and 'Jatropha', a mid-rise structure, which will house 184 residential and 14 commercial units.
Set to offer 224 residential flats and 28 business spaces is 'Kentia', along with 'Ludisia', which will offer 148 apartment and 14 retail units.

Ajman Uptown will also incorporate two office towers - 'Freesia' and 'Gardenia' - which will offer a location for commercial and retail spaces due to the projects' location, accessible directly from the Emirates Road and adjacent to Emirates City.
Freesia' will offer 152 offices and 13 showrooms; while 'Gardenia' will have a total of 212 offices and 16 showrooms.
