AZIZI Investments will this week launch Almasa One, the second phase of its commercial offering at Nakheel's community development - Al Furjan.
Almasa One is part of Azizi's commercial offering in Al Furjan that is right in the heart of the 'new' Dubai. It will appeal to a range of businesses including those run by female entrepreneurs and service-based businesses whose employees will enjoy and respect the family-style feel and facilities of this new community.

Offering 162,452 square foot of commercial space in units of 1,250 square feet and upwards, Almasa One will be the ideal location for small and medium sized enterprises or larger companies needing a secondary base in 'new Dubai'.
There will be substantial car parking along with retail and restaurant facilities to cater for the Almasa workforce.
