Gulf Weekly Villa has ideal settings

THERE have been a number of significant developments within the kingdom over the years that have resulted in many positive outcomes; one of which is Seef district.

Seef district was created as a result of massive land reclamation in Bahrain which extended its coastline. It is surrounded by the sea on three sides and has many luxury apartments and five star hotels as well as the island's largest and most popular shopping mall to date.

Seef Mall provides an excellent combination of a huge variety of international retail brands, fast food outlets, cinemas, theme cafes and restaurants and outstanding entertainment options. Seef also is home to the Bahrain Mall, which is another large shopping destination housing GŽant Hypermarket.

The district is all the more prominent due to its rapid development as Bahrain's business hub with many national as well as multinational companies opening branches in the area. Expatriates and locals alike are flocking to the area in search of office space and residences, which makes this property for sale even more appealing as it has the option to being both.

The newly renovated three-storey villa has combined classical Greek and Roman architecture with Renaissance ideas to create a Beaux Arts design. This design was a favoured style for grand public buildings and opulent mansions.

The villa is filled with large arches, a grand stairway and a number of balconies. Although gated and secure, those living or working there will still feel as if they are part of the quiet community.

The home also boasts a beautiful garden and a double car garage, not to mention an outside kitchen for those family barbecues. All amenities blend in well with the architectural design. There is also a maid's quarter and laundry room outside.

The ground floor features a large reception, dining room and a family room with enough space under the spiral staircase for a book case perhaps. The guest bedroom, which can double as a study, is also on the ground floor along with the guest bathroom and a trendy kitchen with a seventies feel.

Another family room can be found on the second floor along with four sizeable bedrooms. The master bedroom is the largest in size and features a dressing area and ensuite bathroom with tub. The bathrooms are separate from the other bedrooms.

As for the facilities used through out the villa, each floor is equipped with an intercom and there is split air-conditioning in every room.

There are two balconies with a front view, one of which is attached to the master bedroom. The third can be found on the side of the house which can be accessed from a hidden door on the staircase.

A storage room and second maid quarters can be found on the roof top.

Although this villa will make an ideal family home, with the demand for office space it can easily be transformed into a company's head quarters. The possibilities are endless and the location is definitely a plus.
