World Beat Fitness Centre is organising its third annual charity fundraiser to raise awareness in the fight against breast cancer. The Open Day is from 9am to 1pm on October 25 and will feature various fitness workouts including Nia, Pilates, Yoga, Bosu, belly dancing and modern jazz dance.
Adrienne Buck, a breast care nurse who started the Bahrain Breast Cancer Awareness group, will be on-hand to answer questions and give a demonstration on proper breast self-examination.

Jane Goodwin at the World Beat Fitness Centre in Janabiya is offering a free class every Wednesday evening through the month of October starting October 8.
