Gulf Air, the national airline of the kingdom, will honour nearly 700 employees from all over the network for their long-service with the carrier spanning nearly three decades of continued hard and dedicated work.
"The long-service awards are our token of appreciation for the remarkable efforts exerted by the employees to take Gulf Air to greater heights," said Gulf Air chief executive officer Bjšrn NŠf.
"As Gulf Air family, we are proud of their achievements and this honour also demonstrates the airline's confidence in their ability to bring about further success in the future."
Gulf Air's chief people officer Ahmed Al Banna, who is spearheading the long-service initiative being hosted this year at the Gulf Air Club on October 25, said: "Employees are the most important resources for Gulf Air.
"We thank the staff for their dedication and loyalty and we applaud their long and hard hours of labour."
The long service awards, including Gulf Air headquarter and outstation staff, is divided in two groups. One group is for those that have served between 20 and 24 years (399 employees) and others between 25-29 years (273 employees).
