Alliance Franaise de Bahre•n offers intensive French courses during the summer holidays.

Whether you want to learn a new language, to improve your knowledge, or to provide a second language for your child, the native French speaking teachers will help you achieve your goals. They will help absolute beginners to start the new year by making a splash into French, in a friendly atmosphere.

All classes focus on both oral and written French, with particular emphasis on spoken fluency through everyday life conversation and realistic role-playing. These courses will also help you reinforce your knowledge of grammar and vocabulary.

There are separate courses for students above seven years and adults.

For those students who have never studied French beforeit is a chance to start a new language at school. For others, it is a good opportunity to keep up their knowledge of the language.

Three 18-hour sessions are offered (one-and-a-half hours, four times a week over three weeks, Sunday to Wednesday). The first is already running until June 25 and the others will be from June 28 to July 15 and from July 19 to August 5.

Students are encouraged to speak French through workshops and activities are designed to both educate and entertain. Up-to-date audio-visual material will provide students with a wider knowledge of cultural aspects of France.

There are courses for students at every level.

There are two 30-hour-summer intensive sessions (two hours three times a week over five weeks) which will help complete beginners to get started on the basics of French. More advanced students can improve their written and oral skills.
