Bahrain City Centre is hosting an education and information initiative using five detailed displays for Ramadan, showcasing Qurans from around the world, the 99 names of Allah, the significance of the date palm, the journey to Hajj and an introduction to the most important month in the Islamic calendar.

The mall's Galleria has a custom designed structure based on the Islamic eight point star. This space will host the biggest of the five exhibitions, 'The Qurans of the World', and will feature a selection of Qurans in different languages from various mosques around the world.

Visitors will have the opportunity to read select Quranic verses in Arabic and other languages.

'The 99 Names of Allah' exhibit is a beautifully illustrated gallery of the names of God as traditionally described in the Quran and Sunnah, among other holy places.

The Seef Mall is hosting a Ramadan Fair with activities for children and adults until Eid Al Fitr. The fair is part of the on-going Seef Zain Carnival 2009, a three-month-long shopping-cum-entertainment extravanganza for the entire family that began with the onset of summer.

It will feature a Ramadan Souk that will function in the Central Atrium of the new extension and remain open from 8pm to 11pm every night. The souk will feature artisans giving live displays of their craft and skill, including palm tree basket weaving, naqda, palm paper making, drawing on meena, crafting dhows, pottery making, preparing traditional sweets and other foodstuff.

Studio Ceramics provides a chance for families to paint their own pottery and take home their creations from 7.30 pm to 10.30 pm.

The mall has three 'Kids Corners' at Gate 2 (near Starbucks), Gate 4 (near the Customer Service Desk) and Gate 8 (near Forever 21) which remain open daily from 8.30 pm to 11.40 pm.

The Lost Paradise of Dilum Waterpark Al Areen is hosting a series of dive-in movies. Movies will be played every consecutive weekend until the end of Eid at 7pm onwards.
