Orchid Developers, one of the first developers to offer freehold commercial and residential properties in Bahrain, today proudly announced that it had delivered more than 175 units of residential and commercial properties to its customers.

Orchid Developers' first freehold project was 'Mal Suites' - a 14-storey residential development in Juffair. The building was completed in 2007 with 57 apartments - all of which were snapped up within six months.
The success story continued with Orchid Tower, a 17-storey building with 66 flats in Juffair, being handed over to customers in March 2008 with 90 per cent sold.
Orchid Business Centre, one of the first freehold office spaces in the Seef business district, followed shortly afterwards to similar demand.
Not surprising, as the 16-storey office building is believed to be the only commercial property in Bahrain which provides amenities including a gym, swimming pool, steam room and sauna.
Projects currently under construction include the Dream Tower 1 in Seef District which is expected to be completed at the beginning of next year.
The main attraction of Dream Tower 1 is the privacy offered to owners as each floor consists solely of a single two-bedroom flat and an office. The building will also feature separate lobbies for the residential and office towers and boasting facilities such as a roof-top swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam room.
Dream Tower 2, which will be completed by the end of next year, is a 36-storey residential building with two luxurious two-bedroom flats per floor. Its lavish amenities also include a rooftop swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna and steam room.
For home-seekers looking for an apartment with a private terrace and garden, 'Terraces of Juffair' is likely to prove attractive.
The 27-storey building with 143 units is scheduled to be completed by 2010, offering one and two-bedroom flats and double bedroom duplex flats with facilities including gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and children's playground.
Another project by Orchid Developers is the Juffair Loft - 2, a 27-storey building, which is expected to be complete by 2011, featuring 64 units.
This development will offer breathtaking sea views from the one and three-bedroom duplex flats featuring double-height, loft-style living rooms and amenities such as rooftop swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym.
