Adam Jones has been making headlines in Bahrain over the last few weeks. This unfortunate 10-year-old schoolboy is one of the many victims of custody battles.

My heart goes out to his mother Rebecca as she stands her ground, fighting endlessly for the rightful custody of her son.

But imagine the feelings of Adam, bemused, wondering why his mum hasn't been to collect him and wanting to join his friends at school in Bahrain.

While most boys his age are running around having fun, Adam could end up traumatised and emotionally scarred for life.

The support for Adam and his mother in Bahrain has been wonderfully overwhelming and heart-warming. Throught Facebook groups, mounds of 'We miss you' cards and T-shirts - Bahrain is trying its best to bring Adam back to his rightful home.

Whether you are a close friend of Adam's, or merely a passive well-wisher, keep Adam in your prayers and hope that he will be returned to where he belongs - Bahrain.
