Bahrain National Holding Company (BNH) celebrated its wholly-owned subsidiary's Bahrain National Insurance's (bni) 40th anniversary on Monday, under the patronage of Industry and Commerce Minister Dr Hassan Fakhro.
The dinner reception was attended by group chairman Farouk Yousif Almoayyed and board members as well as employees, clients, partners and international companies.
The event's theme revolved around 'Old Bahrain'; embodying the spirit of the Bahraini house, the atmosphere of the souq and traditional Bahraini crafts.
A live demonstration of these crafts took place at the event to highlight the craftsmen's skills and passion for their culture.
A group spokesman said: "Capturing the Bahraini traditional culture was an initiative we had taken to portray our pride in being a Bahraini company whose goal is to revive and develop the heritage of Bahrain."
