Wednesday (Jan 20) Film - The Bone Collector on Fox Movies at 9pm.

Lincoln Rhyme (Denzel Washington), a New York City detective specialising in forensics, was once the country's leading criminologist. Following a near-fatal injury in the line of duty, he's left bed-bound, with little will to live. Feisty, street-smart policewoman Amelia Donaghy (Angelina Jolie) is in her early 20s. On the eve of being transferred to a desk job, her last call leads her to a crime scene and the discovery of a gruesomely-mutilated corpse. After taking a look at the physical evidence file and the photos, Rhyme is intrigued with the case.

Then the world's largest construction project, it drew inspiration from a 13th Century Arab irrigation machine and a Second World War bomber and car suspension to make the terminal building light, airy and typhoon-proof.

Officer Jack Traven (Keanu Reeves) is an LA Bomb Squad specialist who's on the hunt for Howard Payne (Dennis Hopper), an elusive terrorist. After his latest plot is thwarted by Jack and his crew, Payne seeks revenge. Payne hardwires a city bus with a bomb that will detonate if the bus drops below 50mph. The passengers have to rely on the driving skills of Annie Porter (Sandra Bullock), a civilian who takes over the wheel while taking instructions from Jack.

Learning how to properly cook kangaroo... eating the head of a crawfish... coming face to face with hairy cheese - renowned chef Ralph Pagano takes fearless to the next level. In the latest episode of Pressure Cook, Ralph finds himself on the Caribbean island of Jamaica. If not, there is a steaming bowl of goats head soup waiting for him at the end.

On Halloween 1991, 200 miles off the Gloucester, Massachusetts shore, a collision of monstrous storms leaves the sword-fishing boat, the Andrea Gail, stranded in the high seas, defenceless in what meteorologists have called 'the storm of the century.' At the helm is the dedicated but grizzled captain Billy Tyne (George Clooney) who takes his crew out for one last run for the season. But the trip is a gamble, as for the best fishing, the crew must head to the dreaded Flemish Cap - an area of ocean noted as much for its bad weather as it is for its good fish.

TUESDAY (Jan 26)

Based on the award-winning videogame, the Hitman is a genetically-engineered, elite assassin known only as Agent 47 (Timothy Olyphant). Hired by a shadowy group called 'The Agency', Agent 47 has been raised to obey orders and complete his missions with cold-hearted efficiency. But while on a routine assignment to kill a Russian politician, Agent 47 is betrayed by the Agency and is on the run from both Interpol and the Russian secret police. His only ally is a mysterious Russian woman (Olga Kurylenko) who gets caught up in the political conspiracy.
