PRIZE-WINNING photographers will receive their goodies this evening after impressing judges in a competition linked to the BAPS 2010 celebrations.
Organisers of the show teamed up with Yaquby Stores and The Camera Shop to offer competitors the chance to submit photographs of Bahrain's wildlife.
There were three categories for entry into the competition and budding snappers and seasoned professionals were invited to submit their work.
The top 30 images, 10 from each category, will be featured in an exhibition at the show.
Photography Competition results:
Student - 1st & 2nd: Reem Khalil Ebrahim Mohsen, Al Bayan School
3rd: Amiya Chadramouli, Indian School.
Adult - 1st: Binoy Balakrishnan, Ideal Project Link Trading
2nd: Tasneem Al Sharqi, St Christopher's School
3rd: Krishna Das, Ideal Project Link Trading.
Professional - 1st: George Matthew
2nd & 3rd: Manfred Erber.
