Wednesday (Nov 24) The second Mother & Baby Bahrain Show will take place from today at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre until Friday. It will be held from 3pm to 9pm daily. The event will feature new products, toddler and maternity clothing, toys, gifts, prams and carriers, and other accessories for babies as well as objects to decorate nurseries and offer information on education, learning, childcare, nurseries, beauty and hygiene, healthcare and wellness.

The CinŽ-club at the Centre Culturel Franco-Bahre•nien La Maison Jamsheer in Muharraq will showcase French movie MariŽes mais pas trop at 7.30pm. Art Lounge in coordination with the German Orthopedic Hospital will showcase an art exhibition by Bahraini calligrapher Abdulshaheed Rhamdan and German photographer Manfred Erber on Saturday from 2pm until 8pm on the 3rd floor, Bahrain Medical Complex in Kuwait Avenue, Salmanya.
Both artists will display their works which reflect Bahrain's tradition, heritage and culture. Abdulshaheed has been involved with the fine art of calligraphy for more than 20 years. Manfred's work comes in conjunction with Abdulshaheeds paintings. Manfred Erber's photographic works are also decorating the guestrooms at the Sofitel Resort& Spa in Zallaq, which will open soon.

The BSPCA will hold a Doggie Dawdle featuring a 4km walk at 11am from its premises in Askar. The event will feature prizes, barbecue and other refreshments.
