Volkswagen launched its two-week long roadshow last weekend, bringing the brand’s entire model range under the spotlight, writes Charlie Holding.
The launch by dealers Behbehani Brothers took place in the presence of company officials and members of the media, who were invited to put the various models through their paces.
Volkswagen brand manager Felix Miranda said: “We are proud of the range of vehicles we are offering in Bahrain and we want to raise the awareness of Volkswagen throughout the kingdom.
“Volkswagen is committed to delivering innovative yet affordable cars that people in Bahrain can love and value, and this roadshow gives us the opportunity to interact with the public.”
The first stop for the roadshow was the Palace Hotel where invited guests were offered test drives. On show were the flagship Touareg, the recently-launched Jetta and the Golf GTI and Golf R.
Volkswagen Bahrain will head to Bahrain City Centre mall next where visitors will also be able to test drive the vehicles on site, learn more about the models and special offers available.
The roadshow ends on Saturday.
