Good friends of the Whisperer Rodney and Michelle Davies are expecting an enormous bundle of presents when they stage a joint birthday bash in April … and they’ll be giving them all away!
They have asked guests to come with at least one box or bag of items to donate to the BSPCA Thrift Shop. And the kids can have fun too. Each child that comes with a donation will receive a special thank you card from one of the cats or dogs from the charity’s sanctuary, along with an Easter egg.
Michelle explained: “With our birthdays being exactly one week apart we have decided that we want to do something different this year by supporting a charity that is close to our hearts. So we are inviting friends and acquaintances to our home not only to help us celebrate our birthdays with a bite to eat and a drink, but to also support the BSPCA at the same time.”
