THE 2012 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix is set to thrill and entertain with a line-up of international performers and exciting rides through-out the three-day racing bonanza on April 20, 21 and 22.

While motor racing fans enjoy Formula 1 track action, families and friends will have a list of acts and rides to choose from in the vending area such as the bungee SkyCoaster, one of the most exciting amusement rides combining skydiving and hang gliding.

Other acts include a High School Musical and Hanna Montana tribute show, Pirates Spectacular and Disney shows, the Shaolin Warriors, the four-piece Urban Intro cover band that play everything from Stevie Wonder to Justin Timberlake, a Michael Jackson tribute band, the Vegas Showgirls, The Phonics Cover Band and popular UK bagpipe group the Red Hot Chilli Pipers.

UK actor and television presenter Gil Kolirin will be MC-ing and DJ Tony will be spinning for the crowd on the main stage. Viramundo, an eclectic band with members from Rio de Janeiro, Salvador Bahia & Florianopolis, will be roaming the circuit and playing a mix of Brazilian and Latin music. There will also be an eight-piece brass band of musicians called Bombay Baja Brass Band.

Meanwhile, the BIC Seef Mall entertainment continues with a new group of international acts. The entertainment will be staged in the West extension until April 7 from 10am until 10pm each day.
