National Hotels Company is celebrating the official handover of The Diplomat Commercial Office Tower. Construction of the 29-storey tower took place over a four-year period covering a total area of more than 75,000sq/m including a multi-storey car park with a capacity for 700 vehicles.
The BD27 million project aims to offer future tenants flexibility, a high level of security and the latest technical standards in regards to facility management.
The prime location of The Diplomat Commercial Office Tower, adjacent to the Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, Residence & Spa, its owners say, will become a focal business commercial tower for the growing Bahraini economy.
"The tower will soon host a variety of local and international corporations expanding opportunities of employment growth for Bahraini nationals," a spokesman said.
