Film – The Lord Of The Rings: The Two Towers at 4pm on MBC 2
While Frodo and Sam edge closer to Mordor with the help of the shifty Gollum, the divided fellowship makes a stand against Sauron’s new ally, Saruman, and his hordes of Isengard. Saruman’s army of Uruk Hai is ready to launch an assault against Aragorn and the people of Rohan. Yet, the Fellowship is broken and Boromir is dead. For the little hope that is left, Frodo and Sam march on into Mordor, unprotected.

Patrick Jane is employed as an independent consultant working with the California Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to solve crimes. He had been making a living as a psychic, and he would assist the police on cases – until his life changed when he lost the two most important people in his life to one of those serial killers he was helping track. He now uses his refined observation skills to help the CBI solve cases.

The internationally-renowned Australasian Safari is an off-road motor sport racing event held in Australia. Like the Dakar Rally, the vehicle classes involved are motorcycles and cars, however there is no truck class. Participants compete in their vehicles and race up to 5,000km across the outback in over five days.

Jamie Hyneman and Adam Savage lead the group consisting of Kari Byron, Tory Belleci and Grant Imahara to take on all myths – great and small.

It’s all leading up to the ultimate confrontation with Bill, the Bride’s former master and the man who ordered her execution.
