Film – Live Free or Die Hard at 4.30pm on MBC 2

New York police officer John McClane is back, this time struggling to defeat a criminal mastermind who is attempting to cripple the US through technological terrorism. McClane is the only officer on the force who can ensure that the integrity of the system stays intact and is tasked with bringing a world-renowned computer hacker to the FBI for questioning.


Sport – AMA Motocross Highlights 2011 at 6.30pm on Fuel TV

The American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) Motocross Championship ended at Pala Raceway and the official trophies were presented. In the 2011 season the titles were awarded to Dean Wilson and Ryan Villopoto. The AMA Motocross Championship is the major motocross series of the US, held since 1972. It is sanctioned by the AMA and managed by MX Sports Pro Racing.


Series – Project Runway at 8.30pm on MBC 4

This behind-the-scenes documentary reality series and competition brings together designers trying to make a name for themselves in the cutthroat fashion industry. The show follows these up-and-coming designers as they compete in weekly challenges and are given all the resources of a top designer to prepare a competitive runway show for the next New York Fashion Week. Supermodel Heidi Klum co-developed the series and also appears as one of the celebrity judges.


Film – The Last Exorcism at 8pm on OSN Action HD

Reverend Cotton Marcus is a disillusioned charlatan who decides to document the final exorcism of his career on film. He tells the viewers that exorcisms are fake but stages a dramatic act to trick people into believing. When he is summoned by the Sweetzer family to perform an exorcism, he sees the chance to demonstrate his skill. However, Cotton soon learns that the Sweetzer’s have a serious problem.


Series – Breaking In at 8.30pm on OSN Comedy HD

An eclectic team of genius, talented ‘legitimate’ thieves and security experts including Cameron Price, Melanie Garcia, Cash Sparks and Trevor Moore, work for a high-tech security firm known as Contra Security. The company’s main aim is to keep corporations safe from security breaches and find any flaws in their systems. However, this particular team, under someone’s masterful manipulations, often takes extremely dubious means to win clients for their protection services.


Film – Batman: Year One at 4pm on OSN Action HD

When Gotham City is in desperate need of heroes, two men take a stand for justice but on opposite sides. Billionaire Bruce Wayne returns home after several years to become a crime fighter while honest cop James Gordon moves to Gotham and finds corruption at every level. When Bruce becomes the masked vigilante Batman, the city explodes as his new nemesis Catwoman, the mob and Gordon all close in.


Series – Mud Men at 7pm on History

Members of the Mudlarks Society hunt for items on the UK’s River Thames foreshore that may have changed the course of history. The series is presented by Johnny Vaughan and Steve ‘Mud God’ Brooker, chairman of the Mudlarks Society. In tonight’s episode the pair reveal the secret origins of the London Underground and delve into the mud and rich history of shipbuilding at Rotherhithe on the Thames.
