Revamped look for reception

Al Haddad Motors, the kingdom’s Mercedes-Benz dealer, has upgraded its Salmabad reception.

The service centre consists of the two divisions of Mercedes-Benz, Passenger cars and Commercial vehicles. There is also a body shop and parts department.

Paul Lomax the After-sales manager, said: “Our main target for the new facility is to provide our valued clients the best that the Mercedes brand has to offer in terms of after-sales service and technology available today.”

The reception area has been designed from the perspective of the customer, utilising the latest equipment to providing a relaxed, comfortable and luxurious atmosphere.

This facility has integrated into the building structure, a Service Reception, Active-Reception Bays, a Mercedes-Benz Boutique and accessories area as well as a large Mercedes-Café.

Mr Lomax added: “Customers can also enjoy beverages in the Mercedes-Café while they wait for their vehicles to be serviced or waiting for their appointment. The facility boasts high-speed free Wi-Fi access points and complimentary computers for customers to access the internet.”
