Infiniti has launched an official Twitter account for the Middle East. Fans and car enthusiasts across the region have instant access to the latest news, insights and information from the marque.
Since its launch, the channel has attracted more than 7,500 followers.
“With active social media users in the Middle East on the rise, there was a need to cater this segment of the population. Facebook and Twitter are great mediums for fans to interact with us,” said Juergen Schmitz, general manager, Infiniti in the Middle East. “Infiniti is passionate about creating opportunities for two-way interaction with brand enthusiasts and allowing them to reach out to us.”
The Twitter page follows the launch of the official Infiniti Middle East Facebook page. According to Socialbakers, a leading global social media and digital analytics company, Infiniti’s Facebook channel ‘achieved an engagement rate of nearly nine times that of the global automotive industry average’.
Followers of the Twitter account will be able to join the conversation on Infiniti news, events and launches. There will also be regular updates on the partnership with Infiniti Red Bull Racing as well as collaboration with Sebastian Vettel, Infiniti’s director of performance and triple Formula One World Drivers Champion.
