A friend of the Whisperer has been going through a tough time recently.
He bought a beautiful cat called Buttons as a present for his girlfriend last year. Sadly, at the drop of a hat, she left the country … leaving the friendly feline in need of a new home.
Not wanting to give her to the BSPCA, the young man tried desperately to find her a new place to live and things looked promising when one of his friends took her on a trial basis.
However, the woman who took her already had a cat, who did not take kindly to a new feline in the house and began terrorising poor Buttons.
Now Buttons needs to be re-homed again, urgently, or will have to be taken to the BSPCA. If anyone is able to give this clever, affectionate, beautiful cat the loving home she deserves, email editor@gulfweekly.com
