I LOVE reading GulfWeekly’s film reviews. Journalist Kristian Harrison has been spot-on so far and I can’t wait to read more of what he has to say.
I can’t believe he has never seen the Madagascar films as it’s a childhood staple for many. My children have loved the movies and when they heard that one featuring the Penguins was coming out they were over the moon…as was I.
One of the perks of having kids is being able to watch these toon flicks in the cinemas without looking like a weirdo. I agree with Kristian, though, as there weren’t any festive films this season but we took his advice and Penguins it was.
And, while the film didn’t win any points for originality it did make my kids laugh so hard they snorted soda out their noses. Keep up the good work Kristian. I wonder what’s coming next.
