AL HADDAD Motors’ has launched an after-sales express service and Mercedes-Benz drivers can now also enjoy the luxury of having their vehicles serviced while they wait and enjoy the hospitality.

Douglas Patterson, after-sales manager, said: “We understand better than anyone the inconvenience of having your car in the service centre for days on end.

“Our customers have spoken and we’ve listened – the new express service is of the same standards and quality of our existing service offerings, but in a fraction of the time.” 

Customers coming in to drop their cars to the express service reception will be able to relax in a newly-refurbished waiting area, fully outfitted with comfortable seating, wireless internet access, a television and refreshments.

As for those on the go, customers can have their cars picked up, serviced and delivered back to them in just three hours. Should they decide to bring in their vehicles, they can also be dropped off to their home or workplace.

The company adds that customers will benefit from highly-qualified service employees who are experts in their field, transparent pricing, a vehicle ‘health check’ and Mercedes-Benz genuine parts as well as a car clean – and in just under two hours.
