The Chuckle Club Comedy Night is bringing another three shows to the kingdom this week, featuring comedians Carl Hutchinson, Yianni Agisilaou and Chris Garcia. The first will be staged at the Rugby Club, Janabiya, tonight, with a show at the British Club, Um Al Hassam, tomorrow followed by a final night at the InterContinental Regency Bahrain, Manama, on Friday.

Doors are at 7.30pm for the first two shows, and 3pm for the third show. Tickets cost BD15 for the first two shows, while the third will be BD30++ inclusive of brunch at the hotel. For further details, call the club on 17750777.

Albareh Art Gallery, Adliya, is hosting an exhibition titled ‘The Margins’ featuring the work of four Saudi artists – Ayman Zedani, Fahad Al Nlymah, Ghada Al Hasan and Marwah Al Mugait – with the theme of abstraction, until Tuesday.

Entertainment+ is bringing its latest stage production to the Cultural Hall, Manama, from today until April 23. The Tiger Who Came To Tea will be performed at 8.45am and 10.45am on all three days, with an extra performance at 4.30pm on April 23.

Tickets for the 2015 Formula One Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix can be purchased at the BIC stands in Bahrain City Centre and Seef Mall. They can also be bought online at www.bahraingp.com or by calling the BIC Hotline on 17450000.

Tickets range from BD150 for the Main Grandstand to BD60 for the University or Victory Grandstands, while a Batelco Grandstand ticket costs BD120 and a Turn One ticket is BD100.

Children aged three to 12 can get 50 per cent off on a ticket, while school students aged 13 to 17 can get a 25 per cent discount. University students can get 10 per cent off, while senior citizens aged 60 and above along with people with special needs can get 25 per cent discount.

Liverpool football legend Jamie Carragher will be visiting Bahrain on May 29. He will talk about his career at a dinner held at the Radisson Blu Diplomat Hotel, Residence & Spa at 7.30pm.
