Dave Fernie and Adam Wells won the penultimate competition of the Coca-Cola Monday Madness Night Golf Series at the Royal Golf Club with a score of 23 points.
Husband and wife Rob and Debbie Lane were in second place with 22 points while Carter Alexander and playing partner Stewart Tankard clinched third place on countback with 21 points.
Nearest the pin side contests on holes 12 and 16 were won by Graeme Newport and Jamie Bowen, respectively.
More than 20 golfers competed in the ‘Vegas Stableford’ format. Tamerate Assefa from the club’s operations department presented the prizes.
Abdulrahman Al Amar and Khalid Al Omran have a three-point lead at the top of the order of merit with 11 points in total in the six-week series. However, several pairings are still in with a chance of catching them.
