Bahraini Sultan Al Hakam narrowly won the September qualifier of the 2015 Euro Motors BMW Monthly Medal Series at the Royal Golf Club on countback, just pushing Mohamed Al Noaimi into second place after both achieved nett scores of 72.
Ahmed Mohammed Ahmed won category two with a nett score of 68 and Bill Lindsay was a close second with 69. Sanjay Lal won the third division with 75 nett and former lady captain Debbie Lane was runner-up with 81 nett. Samantha Hill won the title of best ladies nett score with 72.
All seven players progress on to the Euro Motors BMW Grand Final taking place at the RGC in December.
Results: Category 1: 1st Sultan Al Hakam (72 nett c/b), 2nd Mohamed Al Noaimi (72). Category 2: 1st Ahmed Mohammed Ahmed (68), 2nd Bill Lindsay (69). Category 3: 1st Sanjay Lal (75), 2nd Debbie Lane (81). Best Ladies Nett: Samantha Hill (72).
