The Nibrassa Villas project, developed by one of Bahrain’s leading property management and services companies – EPM (European Properties Management) – will be located in the northern governorate area of Hamad Town.
Yakub Kolia, EPM Bahrain’s managing director, said the aim was to offer the ultimate urban living experience. Prices will start from around BD200,000. The properties will come equipped with a combination of central and split-air conditioning, a laundry room, a storage room and a pantry as well as an open-plan kitchen, a two-car garage and a maid’s quarters.
Nibrassa Villas is one of a host of new developments that the 25-yearold company will be unveiling in the future. The developers will be showcasing a mock-up villa in around four months time and the development is set to be completed within 10 to 12 months.
