The Night Market will be enhanced with live cooking stations creating an authentic atmosphere both in the restaurant and in the adjacent Blue Moon Lounge by Wolfgang Puck. Executive Chef Brian Becher, pictured left, created a one-of-a-kind menu and the entire evening is priced at BD32 per person including beverages. From January 27 to February 8, the restaurant will offer special five or seven course Chinese New Year tasting priced at BD35 (five-course menu) and BD50 (seven-course menu). The annual Autumn Fair is set to open its doors to shoppers from January 25 to February 2 at the Bahrain International Exhibition & Convention Centre and will feature a variety of textiles, electronics, lighting fixtures, carpets, jewellery, specialty foods and furnishings spread over three halls. Entry is 800fils and children under the age of nine will be admitted for free. Tickets can be purchased
during show opening hours. The exhibition will be open from 12pm-10pm on January 25, from 10am-2pm and 4pm-10pm on January 26, from12pm-10pm on January 27, from 10am-2pm and 4pm-10pm on January 28, 29, 30 and 31, and from 10am-10pm on February 1 and 2. Marassi Al Bahrain’s beachfront area, Marassi Beach, is hosting a Little Island Market every Saturday throughout this month, from 10am to 5pm. The pop-up shop-style market will feature a number of vendors from Bahrain and neighbouring countries displaying a range of items including clothing, jewellery, natural products and food. Marassi Al Bahrain is currently
giving public access to its 2km beach, with new water and beach activities, along with the existing food truck court operating every day from 10am to 10pm. Multi-Platinum recording artist Bryan Adams is set to rock Bahrain on March 13 at the Bahrain International Circuit as part of his ‘The Get Up Tour’. The Middle East leg of the tour consists of shows in Bahrain, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.
