MEMBERS of the Dilmun Club ventured to the Royal Golf Club to participate in the hotly-contested Dilly Open.
The competition was close as always, with the winner, Karan Treham taking the top prize by just two points, with second and third place, going to Dave Orrell and Yaver Rashid respectively, decided on count back.
The winning team Elvis Forever (Steve Mclean, Karan Treham, Mark Jenkins and Andy Hall) scored an impressive 132 points, narrowly beating Dilly A Team (Dave Orrell, Steve Chartres, Mark Macalister and Scott Marshall) who finished on 124 points.
Other prizes this year included Longest Drive which was won by Treham and closest to the pin taken by Jenkins.
An awards ceremony took place back at the Saar members’ club, accompanied by live music and a spread of food.
