HOSPITALITY executives at the Elite Hospitality Group, a luxury four-star hotels group in the kingdom, have been celebrating a string of accolades its properties have been notching in recent months.
Its hotels have notched nine international and prestigious awards in 2017 and are gunning for before the season of scrutinising services for this year are concluded.
Delighted Sarosh Aibara, the group’s chief operating officer, said: “We are indeed delighted to receive nine outstanding awards - it is a great recognition of the commitment to excellence demonstrated by all four hotels of Elite Hospitality Group.
“All our hotels have succeeded in maintaining high standards of service and continuously offering guests from the entire world pleasant and exceptional experiences.”
The Elite Hospitality Group received international recognition from the World Luxury Hotel Awards as voted by guests and travellers from across the globe. The Elite Resort & Spa Muharraq, Elite Crystal Hotel in Juffair and Elite Grande Hotel all individually won accolades which will be presented on December 2 in St. Moritz, Switzerland.
The Haute Grandeur Hotel Award 2017 was won by Elite Crystal Hotel in two categories - Best Lifestyle Hotel – Bahrain and Prime Location Hotel – Bahrain. There was double delight too for Elite Seef Residence & Hotel in the Best Hotel Residences – Middle East and Best All Suite Hotel – Bahrain categories.
The Haute Grandeur Hotel Awards, announced in Bangkok last month, are a prestigious globally-trusted awards initiative used as a method of ranking and assisting hotels, and globally regarded in the hospitality sector as a ‘pinnacle of achievement’.
And, Elite Resort & Spa picked up the prize in the Best Resort & Spa in Bahrain category for 2017 awarded by the UK’s Luxury Travel Guide. Its accolades are said to represent ‘the finest of hospitality achievements’, awarded to hotels and spas championing the best in their respective fields and excelling in the industry. These recognitions are based on rigorous assessment criteria, carried out by in-house professionals.
Two hotels of Elite Hospitality Group were also recognised as two of the top 12 hotels in Bahrain, and awarded with the ‘customer review certificates’ for 2017 by the region’s largest travel portal Agoda.com. This recognition is based on guest reviews posted online and is given only to hotels that have consistently scored above 80 per cent, a figure the establishments have achieved on most online channels.
Now all eyes are focusing on the prestigious Food & Travel Awards – Bahrain after voting concluded last week. The group has been nominated and shortlisted in 11 categories and the winners will be announced shortly.
